YG-WSH Series
Matex YG's water treatment compound YG-WSH series uses high-quality diatomite minerals, processed and refined by special equipment and processes, and has exclusive patented technology. Through the physical and chemical adsorption function of active diatomite, impurities and refractory COD in sewage are further removed to improve the biodegradability of water bodies; after adsorption, it enters the low-load biological treatment device for treatment through precipitation. It has stable performance, acid resistance, large pore volume, and large specific surface area. It can adsorb liquids 4 times its own mass or grease 15 times its own mass, with excellent performance; this product has a good purification effect on sewage.

Features of Water Treatment Compound YG-WSH Series

1. Strong Adsorption Performance

Matex YG's water treatment compound YG-WSH series is known for its strong adsorption performance, which enables it to effectively capture and remove contaminants from water. This capability is crucial for improving water clarity and quality, as it allows the compound to bind with impurities, suspended particles, and dissolved substances. The enhanced adsorption properties help ensure that the water treatment process is efficient, leading to cleaner and safer water for various applications.

2. Good Suspension Performance

The YG-WSH series exhibits good suspension performance, which is essential for maintaining a homogeneous mixture in water treatment applications. This characteristic ensures that the compound remains evenly distributed throughout the water, preventing settling and ensuring consistent interaction with contaminants. Good suspension performance contributes to the overall effectiveness of the treatment process, as it maximizes contact between the compound and impurities, enhancing removal efficiency.

3. Short Flocculation Time

One of the advantages of the YG-WSH series is its short flocculation time, allowing for rapid aggregation of particles into larger flocs. This speed is beneficial in water treatment processes, as it facilitates quicker processing and reduces the time required for effective treatment. A shorter flocculation time can lead to more efficient operations, enabling facilities to process larger volumes of water without sacrificing quality.

4. Fast Sedimentation Speed

The compound features fast sedimentation speed, which is critical for separating flocs from treated water efficiently. This property allows for quicker removal of contaminants, resulting in clearer water in a shorter timeframe. Fast sedimentation can enhance overall throughput in water treatment facilities, making it possible to achieve desired water quality levels without extensive waiting periods.

5. Relatively Low Cost

Matex YG's YG-WSH series offers a relatively low cost for water treatment solutions, making it an economically viable option for various applications. This cost-effectiveness is significant for facilities looking to optimize their operational expenses while maintaining high water quality standards. By providing effective treatment at a lower price point, the YG-WSH series enables users to implement efficient water management strategies without compromising on performance.
